About Rockville

ROCKVILLE MUSIC is a music management company founded in 1996. By this time we are working mainly as management representative for Pavlov’s Dog. Every now and then though, we do releases and booking for other selected projects we feel passionate and excited for.

Rockville initially started as a local concert promoter in Munich. After a few years Rockville established additional internal music services by running a Record Label and Publishing, as it turned out that there was a strong demand by bands to benefit from the synergies between release, booking and publishing. 2005 was the year when Pavlov’s Dog & Rockville Music joined forces. Pavlov’s Dog had just reformed and Rockville turned its buisness from a local promoter to an international booking agency. In the following years Rockville became Pavlov’s Dog’s general management representative, which today is our main business. … Pavlov’s Dog, iconic Progressive Rock band from St. Louis / USA and highest signed newcomer act of all times in 1975. Besides the post-reunion studioalbums „Prodigal Dreamer“ (2018) and „Echo & Boo“ (2010), we reissued all albums ever recorded since 1973, most in precious cardboard formats, thoroughly remastered and with rare bonustracks. Check out e.g. „The Pekin Tapes“ (the forgotten 1973 pre-Pampered-Menial album), the reissue of the 1977 „Lost Third“ (for the first time in brilliant sound from the 2013 re-discovered mastertapes) and „House Broken – Live 2015“ (a full concert of 132 min. on doubleCD + DVD). … Keith Reid (founding member of Procol Harum). Keith released two solo albums on Rockville Music: „The Common Thread“ (2009) and „In My Head“ (2018). Both Albums contain beautiful music Keith composed together with singer/songwriters such as John Waite, Chris Thompson, Southside Johnny, Terry Reid, Maya Saxell, a.o..

…  The Moonband, actually not from the moon, but from Munich. Check them out, if you like music of the Americana & Singer/Songwriter genre. It’s to die for!

… Sunny Vegas, who – last not least – handle the kick-ass-fun-rock-n-roll part!

The Rockville tour booking is specialized on small tours of max. 20 days with a full service offering (transport, backline, setups, merchendize handling, …). In simple words: We get & drop our clients at the airport, anything in between is handled by us. Our clients are mostly „elder acts“ who appreciate a professional, smooth, familiar and friendly tour service. Please ask, if you think this is what you’re looking for.

Rockville Music (the publishing) is member of GEMA and entitled to collect royalties worldwide.
